Then as soon as the actor came to know about this fake news of his death, he himself posted a long post on Instagram. In the post, the actor said that I am alive, happy and healthy. Shreyas wrote in the post, I want to tell everyone that I am alive, happy and healthy. I came to know about the post claiming my demise. I understand that humor has its own need but when used wrongly it can cause real harm. Someone spread this fake news as a joke, but now everyone is stressed and the feelings of those who care about me and especially my family are being played with.
Shreyas further wrote, “I have a young daughter who goes to school every day and is very worried about my health and constantly asks me if I am fine. These false rumours hurt her more and force her to ask more questions. Those who are promoting such content should stop it immediately and think about the consequences. Some people actually pray for my health and it breaks their heart to see laughter being used like this.
It not only affects the person being targeted but also people related to them like their family and especially young children who may not fully understand the situation. Please stop this. Don't do this to anyone. I don't want this to happen to you, please be sensitive.
