Kolkata, August 20 (HS). Many mysterious questions are coming to the fore regarding the murder and rape of the doctor in R.G. Kar Medical College and Hospital. The question is whether the entire incident actually took place in the seminar room or somewhere else? The whole case is centered on where this inhuman act took place with the student – in the seminar room or at some other place?

A CBI source said on Tuesday that the post-mortem report stated the cause of death as asphyxiation due to strangulation and strangulation, which indicates murder. Along with this, the report also found injury marks on the genitals, which is evidence of sexual assault.

According to sources, the CBI investigators are also confused about whether the incident actually took place in the seminar room. The question arises that the way the body of the deceased was found on top of the podium does not indicate that anyone could have thought that she was sleeping.

Considering the distance of the door from the podium in the seminar room, no one can say that the student was sleeping without going close. According to the police, the doctor who came to call the student claimed that he had seen only the forehead of the student and thought that she was sleeping. This also raises the question whether the bench placed on top of the podium was deliberately placed in such a way that most of the body would be hidden when viewed from the door?

A section of doctors believes that if a person died in this manner by keeping his hand on his forehead, then he must have died in his sleep and would not have felt anything. In such a case, there should not have been so many injury marks on the body of the deceased. Marks of resistance have also been found in the post-mortem report, which indicate that the student had tried to save herself.

This raises the question whether the deceased's hand was placed in this position after the murder so that an attempt could be made to twist the incident into a conspiracy?

Meanwhile, CBI sources have also suspected that apart from the seminar room, there was another room on the fourth floor of the hospital for doctors to rest. Repair work was started in that room some time ago, which further deepens the question whether the incident actually took place in that room and that room was being demolished to destroy evidence?

The question also arises that there can be no reason for anyone to sleep at the place where the body of the deceased was found. Why would anyone sleep on the dusty floor when there were better beds in the seminar room? And that too by laying a bed on top of the electric wires? Amidst all this, the CBI is now looking for answers to these questions.
