When the woman was staying in a tent with her partner, the accused assaulted and sexually assaulted her.
The victim woman along with her partner intended to go to Nepal via Bihar on a motorcycle. But before that he had an unexpected and shocking experience. The victim said on social media, “A shocking incident has happened to us which no one should experience. “I have been raped by seven people.” He also shared some pictures in his post. In which serious injuries were visible on his face.
But later the victim and her partner deleted the post shared on social media along with the video. He has told that Jharkhand Police has asked to delete it so that the investigation is not hampered. The woman said in her Instagram story, “The police asked me to delete the post, asking me not to hinder the investigation. I will post the video later.”
In the video shared by the woman, her face is seen swollen due to the attack. He wrote, “This is what my face looks like. But it is not causing me much pain. I thought, we won't survive. Luckily we are alive.”
Meanwhile, the police have arrested three people in this case. Efforts are on by the police to arrest other accused. Considering the seriousness of the incident, a special investigation committee has been formed for the purpose of quick investigation.
Dumka Superintendent of Police (SP) Pitambar Singh Kherwar said on Saturday that a patrolling team of the local police found the couple late on Friday night. He struggled to describe his tragedy while communicating in Spanish. The police immediately admitted him to the local hospital. A terrible reality came to light there.
The 28-year-old victim and her 64-year-old husband are currently undergoing treatment at Phulo Zano Medical College and Hospital in Dumka. Although both are out of danger, doctors are keeping an eye on them.
