Ranchi, August 19 (HS). A delegation of Khatiani Lohar-Lohra tribal society met Governor Santosh Gangwar on Monday and apprised him of the constitutional anomalies of the society.
The delegation demanded from him to ensure compliance with the previous tribal orders of 1950, 1956, 1976 and being the guardian of the fifth scheduled area, to cancel the illegal purchase and sale of Lohar Khatian land coming under the CNT Act and to issue a directive for strict compliance of section 46.
The delegation included organization president Atit Kumar, secretary Falendra Karmali, Visheshwar Lohara and Vatan Lohara etc.
