Resident doctors tied Rakhi to patients, their families and security guards and sought their support | News India

Jaipur, August 19 (HS). On Monday, resident doctors in the capital city's SMS Hospital's Dhanwantri OPD block tied rakhis to patients, their family members and security guards and demanded justice for the Kolkata victim. According to the information, the rakhis tied had a tag of Justice for RG KAR. Along with this, the doctors also appealed to the government to make a law in accordance with the demand for their safety.

Jaipur JARD president Manohar Seoul said that on Monday morning, on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, between 9 am and 11 am, the doctors present in the OPD block tied a rakhi with the tag Justice for RG KAR to every patient who came along with his family and appealed to them to support the movement for justice for the brutality that happened with the doctor in Kolkata.

Seoul said that he does not want any patient to be troubled. But he is on strike for the daughter of the country. He appeals to the government to negotiate with him and accept his demands so that he can return to work.

It is worth noting that since 15th August, more than 250 resident doctors in Jaipur have been boycotting work and along with this, the services of OPD, IPD and OT in the attached hospitals are also getting affected.
