WhatsApp is used for audio-video calling, but more than that photos and videos are shared on this platform. If you want to send anything to anyone, the first thing that comes to your mind is WhatsApp, but many times photos and videos on WhatsApp bother you. The reason for this is that it gets automatically downloaded and saved in the gallery.

This feature is obviously good for some people, but it is not beneficial for everyone, in fact, they have to face many problems with it. Not everything that comes on WhatsApp is useful, but even if it is saved in the gallery, it has to be deleted. However, you can turn it off through the settings.

What is media visibility on WhatsApp?
By default when you download a media file from WhatsApp, it is saved in the gallery of your phone. This is due to the media visibility function. It provides quick access to any photo or video. This means that the files are stored in the gallery without downloading. However, this becomes a big problem for many people, they have to delete the videos/photos saved in the gallery. This causes a lot of trouble to users who receive a large number of media files that are not even yours.
