Gram flour barfi recipe:

Material:

1 bowl gram flour

1 bowl sugar

1 bowl desi ghee

Half bowl mawa (khoya)

4 tbsp milk

1 teaspoon cardamom powder

some chopped dry fruits

recipe:

– First of all, filter the gram flour through a thick sieve.

Take gram flour in a big bowl and add milk and 2 tablespoons of desi ghee to it. – Then mix it so that there are no lumps when adding gram flour.

– Pour remaining desi ghee in a pan and add gram flour mixture into it.

Roast the gram flour on low flame until the color of the gram flour becomes pink and aromatic.

– After roasting the gram flour well, add mawa to it and fry it again.

Add milk on low flame and mix well.

– Mix sugar in it and make syrup by adding 1/2 cup water.

– Add cardamom powder to it and make syrup on low flame.

– After making the syrup, add the syrup to the gram flour-mawa mixture and mix well.

– Let the mixture cool slightly and then spread it in a smooth tray.

– Decorate it with chopped dry fruits and give it the shape of barfi.

Now let it cool and then cut it into small pieces.
