Tata Housing's 'Amantra' project in Kalyan offers savings of up to Rs 4 lakh on stamp duty to the first 25 home buyers. Besides, Tata Value Homes' 'Sense 66' project in Pune is getting easy payment plans. Tata Realty's 'Tritvam' project in South Cochin is offering home buyers the huge benefit of zero stamp duty.
