Real estate company Tata Housing Development has announced discounts for customers in some projects on the occasion of Independence Day. This also includes stamp duty reduction and other benefits. A statement from the company said that they are offering special Independence Day offers in their luxury projects in South and West India. The company said that when the demand for homes is very high, the company is offering big concessions like stamp duty to make it easy and beneficial for customers to buy a house.

So much saving on stamp duty
Tata Housing's 'Serein' project in Thana, Western Maharashtra is offering savings of up to Rs 19 lakh on stamp duty. Tata Housing's 'Amantra' project in Kalyan offers savings of up to Rs 4 lakh on stamp duty to the first 25 home buyers. Besides, Tata Value Homes' 'Sense 66' project in Pune is getting easy payment plans. Tata Realty's 'Tritvam' project in South Cochin is offering home buyers the huge benefit of zero stamp duty.

Furniture voucher up to Rs 3 lakh
Furniture vouchers worth up to Rs 3 lakh are being given in the New Haven project in Bengaluru. Tata Housing's 88 East project in Kolkata is offering benefits of up to Rs 10 lakh on the ground floor. This is applicable only up to the 7th floor. Customers can get benefits of up to Rs 15 lakh on purchasing a 3 BHK apartment in Tata Housing's Mist project near Kasauli in the northern region.
