Ingredients for making Val ki Sabzi

How to make Vaal Sabzi

  • step 1
    First, wash and clean the wall and soak it for 8-10 hours.
  • Step-2

    Now heat oil in a pan and add carom seeds, tamal leaves, dried red chilli, asafoetida, gram flour and mix well.

    Now add tomato puree, all the spices, ginger-chilli-garlic paste, boiled vaal and mix well.

    Now add sugar, lemon juice and green coriander and let it steam for 2 minutes. Delicious vaal ki sabzi is ready, you can serve it with hot roti or puri.
