Ahmedabad, August 13 (HS). Tiranga Yatra was organized in Ahmedabad on Tuesday under the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign in the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel. On the occasion of Tiranga Yatra, Shah said that today Tiranga Yatra has been organized in Ahmedabad on the death anniversary of Madam Bhikaiji Cama. This Tiranga Yatra is also a day to commemorate her sacrifice. He said that today Ahmedabad is moving forward with the resolve of developed India. An atmosphere of patriotism has been seen in Ahmedabad through the Tiranga Yatra. Not only this; a huge crowd was seen in the five kilometer journey.
Shah said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, an environment has been created in the entire country to awaken patriotism among people through the Tiranga Yatra. The 'Har Ghar Tiranga' Yatra has been organised in every district and tehsil of Gujarat. This Tiranga Yatra has worked to infuse energy in the youth not only of Gujarat but of the entire country.
Shah said that today, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is moving towards becoming a fully developed country in the year 2047 and representing the world in every field. During the 10 years of rule of Shri Narendra Modi, India has done amazing work in many fields. The Union Home Minister gave information about the steps taken by the government on terrorism and Naxalism.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has started the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign to glorify the independence achieved by the country and to make the sacrifices of freedom fighters unforgettable and today 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign has become a folk festival in the country. Patel said that Narendra Modi clearly believes that the tricolor brings people together. We did not get the opportunity to join the freedom movement of the country, but under the leadership of Narendra Modi, we have got the opportunity to build a developed India in the Amritkaal of independence. This Tiranga Yatra was inaugurated from Kesari Nandan Chowk (Fuwara Circle) in Viratnagar Zonal Office (East Zone). After this, this journey concluded near Nikol via Beti Bachao Circle, Uttamnagar Khodiyarnagar Temple, Kothiya Hospital, Canal, Jeevanwadi Circle, Khodiyar Temple.
In this Tiranga Yatra, more than 50 thousand people including various platoons of the police department, SRPF jawans, police band, fire brigade jawans, children from various schools, teachers, players, Bohra community, Terapanth community, Jain community, Swaminarayan temple, Brahmakumari and Gayatri Parivar, Rabari community, Bhagwat Vidyapeeth, Patanjali-Shri Baba Ramdev, Catholic community, people from Vora community, pioneers, large number of Nagarjans participated. On this occasion, Health Minister Rishikesh Patel, Minister of State for Home Harsh Sanghvi, Cooperation Minister Jagdish Vishwakarma, Ahmedabad Mayor Pratibha Jain, jawans from various police branches, saints, teachers, large number of students and citizens were present.
