Patna Ranchi Vande Bharat Express: The much awaited demand of the people of Jehanabad was fulfilled on Friday. MP and local MLA flagged off the Patna-Ranchi Vande Bharat train. Stoppage of two minutes each in up and down of train number 22349 and 22350 Patna-Ranchi-Patna Vande Bharat Express has started at Jehanabad station. Patna-Ranchi Vande Bharat train will reach Jehanabad station at 07.34 am and will depart from here at 07.36 am. Similarly, train number 22350 Ranchi-Patna Vande Bharat Express will reach Jehanabad station at 21.25 hrs and will leave from here at 21.27 hrs. Local MP Chandeshwar Prasad Chandravanshi has thanked Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav for this. The Railway Ministry organized a program at the local railway station to mark the inauguration of the halt.
The MP was invited as the chief guest at the function. The MP flagged off the Vande Bharat Express train after the stoppage. The ticket booking process also started from Friday itself. The fare for normal chair car from Jehanabad to Ranchi will be Rs 1100. There is a wave of happiness among the people of the district after the stoppage of Vande Bharat train at Jehanabad station. Chandeshwar Prasad Chandravanshi said that the stoppage of this train will provide convenience to the people of Jehanabad district as well as the surrounding 50 kilometers.
Patna-Ranchi-Patna Vande Bharat Express is running 6 days a week
It is noteworthy that Patna-Ranchi Vande Bharat Express leaves for Ranchi at 7 am on 6 days of the week except Tuesday. After leaving Patna, the train will reach Jehanabad at 7:34 am. After stopping here for 2 minutes, the train will leave for Gaya at 7:36. Patna-Ranchi Vande Bharat Express will reach Gaya station at 08:20 hrs and after stopping for 10 minutes will reach Ranchi at 13:00 hrs via Koderma, Hazaribagh Town.
Patna-Ranchi Vande Bharat Express covers the distance of 379 km in 6 hours. Whereas Ranchi-Patna Vande Bharat train covers the same distance in 5 and a half hours. Ranchi-Patna Vande Bharat Express train departs Ranchi for Patna at 16:15 pm and reaches Patna Junction at 22:10 pm.
