School Education Minister Singh was addressing a three-day career camp at Pandit Sundar Lal Sharma Central Vocational Education Institute in Bhopal on Monday. The main theme of the camp was “Experiential Education and Competition”.
School Education Minister Singh said that after independence, our country has made remarkable progress in all fields. He said that today there are unlimited opportunities available for children to grow and succeed in various fields. The Education Minister said that education never goes waste, every opportunity to acquire it should be used. Discussing the increasing sports activities in the state, the School Education Minister said that children should come forward in the field of sports and cultural activities along with studies. Many players of the state have performed remarkably at the national and international level. He mentioned the excellent performance of the state's hockey player Vivek Sagar in Hockey Olympics. The state government has awarded a prize of Rs 1 crore to the player Vivek Sagar.
In the program, the joint director of the institute Deepak Paliwal said that in this camp, students are being given information about various modern technologies and career options. These include subjects like drone flying technology, 3D printing, block printing and agriculture. In the camp, CP Sharma, an officer of Daulatram Engineering Services Private Limited, said that if a student acquires skills at an early stage, he does not need to look for a job. With good skills, you yourself become a job provider one day.
