Discussing the increasing sports activities in the state, the School Education Minister said that children should come forward in the field of sports and cultural activities along with studies. Many players of the state have performed remarkably at the national and international level. He mentioned the excellent performance of the state's hockey player Vivek Sagar in Hockey Olympics. The state government has awarded a prize of Rs 1 crore to the player Vivek Sagar.

These include subjects like drone flying technology, 3D printing, block printing and agriculture.
