The central government runs many schemes for farmers. In which many types of benefits are given to the farmers. This scheme was started to provide financial assistance to poor farmers. The Modi government started this scheme in the year 2019.
Under this scheme, Rs 6000 is sent to the farmers' account every year. This amount is sent through DBT i.e. Direct Benefit Transfer.
This money is given to the farmers in three installments of Rs 2,000 at an interval of four months. Recently the 17th installment has been released by the government.
Now the farmers are waiting for the 18th installment of this scheme. But some farmers will not be able to get the benefit of the 18th installment from the government.
Those farmers who have not yet completed the e-KYC process under the Kisan Yojana will not be able to get the next installment of the scheme.
Along with this, those farmers who have not yet completed the Bhool Satyapan process, their next installment may also get delayed.
