The number of vehicles is increasing day by day. Due to this, it is becoming very difficult to pass through small towns. We and the government are equally responsible for this increasing traffic. We also use vehicles to get closer. Twelve- to thirteen-year-old children are usually seen riding motorcycles and scooters. Many even drive without a license. Many parents are happy to see their minor child driving a vehicle but this is a big mistake which can prove fatal for their child or anyone else. Young people are becoming more victims of road accidents.
Last year, 168491 people died and 443366 people were injured in road accidents in our country. Talking about the global level, on an average two deaths are occurring every minute due to road accidents. Overloaded tractor-trolleys filled with sand-gravel, straw and hay, without reflectors and playing loud music, walking on the wrong side of the road, crossing the road in the wrong way, bursting crackers on motorcycles, not wearing helmets, people do this. Don't consider it a mistake to not wear a seat belt while driving a car. Large and deep potholes on the roads, less width of roads as per the increasing number of vehicles, parking of vehicles at inappropriate places on the roads, fruit and vegetable shops, equipment installed outside the shops on the road or roadside etc. Accidents. The main reasons are Most of the time it is also seen that the person doing wrong will quarrel with the other person unnecessarily. Even if you are wrong, others' mistakes will be found out. Most of the time innocent people have to face trouble. If we look at the number of vehicles on the roads, the presence of traffic police is not in proportion to that. The arrangement of cameras on roads and intersections is also not very good. The government should take this traffic problem seriously.
Strict instructions should be given to the traffic police that if anyone violates traffic rules, they should not be treated leniently. The police should get videography done of the wrongdoer so that he cannot say that the police is doing wrong to him or is asking for bribe. Police personnel should also be given strict instructions not to assault or misbehave with anyone. Legal action, fine etc. should be taken. When the police starts issuing challan, the guilty person starts talking to a political person on mobile phone. The leaders protect him from punishment which is very unfortunate. Such people who spread death on the streets without regard for the law should not be recommended at all. Nor should the policemen follow anyone's recommendations because road safety is an issue that everyone is concerned about. Radio stations and television channels should be instructed by the government to show short clips related to traffic rules. The written and practical examination of driving license should be conducted with full seriousness and honesty. It is common to hear that many people get a driving license through agents by paying a lot of money without taking the test. Traffic rules need to be strictly enforced. Along with this, there are huge potholes on the roads.
