Enjoy dry fruits kheer on weekends, enhance the taste with these things!

necessary ingredients:

  • Milk – three liters
  • Sugar – three hundred grams
  • Pistachios – 15 pieces
  • Raisins- 90 grams
  • Makhana- 300 grams cashew nuts
  • Dry fruits – one and a half bowl
  • Almonds – one and a half bowl
  • Cardamom powder – 6 teaspoons
  • Saffron
  • Chironji – 6 spoons

You can prepare it like this:

– First of all, boil the milk till it thickens and mix everything including cashew nuts, almonds, raisins, makhana, chironji in it.

When the milk vessel is half or three-fourth full, add sugar to it and cook.

– Now add cardamom powder and saffron to it.

In this way your delicious kheer is ready.
