Jaipur, August 10 (HS). On the fourth Monday of Sawan, once again Har Har Mahadev will be chanted in the Shiva temples of Chhoti Kashi. Bholenath will be anointed with the chanting of Bol Bam Tadak Bam. In this series, for the spread of religious awareness, social harmony, spiritual progress and preservation of traditions, Abhishek will be done with Gangajal brought from Haridwar in the presence of temple Mahant Avdhesh Das Maharaj at Siddheshwar Hanuman Temple in Suez Farm Sodalala on Monday, August 12 from 5 am to 2 pm. On Saturday, organizers Rajasthan Administrative Service senior officer Pankaj Ojha and Gabbar Katara invited Civil Lines MLA Gopal Sharma to attend the program. Abhishekam will also be done with the water of seven pilgrimage places:
Apart from Gangajal, Bholenath Mahashivabhishek will be done with water from other holy places and divine medicines. All devotees will be able to attend the program. No fee will be charged from any devotee participating in it. The program will start at 5 am with Lord Shiva Aarti and chanting of mantras. During the Abhishek, the sound waves of bhajans will keep resonating.
Water from 7 pilgrimage sites will be used for Abhishek. It includes Ganga water from Haridwar, Kailash Mansarovar, Gangasagar, Rameswaram, Narmada, Saryu and Pushkar. Abhishek will be done with Nag Keshar Priyangu, Bhaang, Shami Patra, Aakda, seven types of juices and cow milk stream.
Special arrangements for Gangajal: Holy Gangajal will be brought to Jaipur from Haridwar in a big tanker. Gangajal will be welcomed in Jaipur with drums and trumpets. Gangajal will be mixed with water from major rivers and lakes and abhishek will be done. Devotees will be provided with a Kalash filled with Gangajal, Bel leaves and flowers. Those who cannot bring Kaavad from the holy place will be able to take it by filling water in Kaavad from the tanker.
