Material
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 2 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 2-3 boiled potatoes
- 1 tsp rock salt
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
- 2 tsp all purpose flour
- 1 cup curd
- 1 cup water
Method of preparation
– First wash the potatoes and then boil them. Now let it cool. – After this, peel it and cut it into pieces in a plate. – Now take a pan and heat ghee in it. – Add cumin seeds to it. Now add black pepper, salt, green chilies, ginger, flour to it. Mix all the ingredients well. – Now take one cup of curd and add one cup of water to it. Along with this, stir it well and let it cook like this. – After all the things boil, add boiled potatoes to it. Let it boil again. Now garnish this vegetable with coriander and keep it closed. Serve it while eating.
