Although many leaders are on the radar of ED, some leaders have come to the court in the case of defamation. 10 big leaders of 7 parties are currently on bail. This includes big names like Sonia, Rahul, Lalu and Chandrababu Naidu. As far as posts are concerned, one leader who came out of bail politics is the party chief, two leaders are Chief Ministers and one is also Deputy Chief Minister.
Which leaders are out on bail?
The Supreme Court has granted bail to former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia after 17 months. After being released from jail, Sisodia has again become active in politics. Sisodia is not the first leader to come out on bail and enter politics. 10 big leaders of 7 major parties of the country are currently on bail and are doing politics. Interestingly, all the leaders except one are from the opposition and all were booked after 2014.
