Material: Rice – four cups (left over from night), gram flour – eight cups, grated ginger – two spoons, coriander powder – two spoons, turmeric powder – two spoons, red chilli powder – two spoons, asafoetida – four pinches, onion – four. Finely chopped, green chillies – four finely chopped, celery – two spoons, green coriander – two cups finely chopped, roasted cumin powder – two spoons, salt – as per taste, oil – as per requirement.
Easy way to make it:
– Mash the rice in a vessel and add all the remaining ingredients to it and make a batter.
– Now heat oil in the pan.
– When the oil is hot, add batter to it and fry the pakodas.
