How to Make Roti Garlic Bread
– First of all, mix the capsicum well with finely chopped corn, paneer, chili flakes, oregano. – Then to prepare garlic butter, add melted butter, garlic paste and green coriander as per requirement in a bowl and mix well. – Now spread the prepared garlic butter on the puffed bread. – Then add stuffing including capsicum. – Fold the roti in half and then apply garlic butter on a non-stick pan and fry the roti from both sides.
