Champawat, August 9 (HS). Under the aegis of District Legal Services Authority Champawat, under the Plan of Action month of August, on the instructions of District Judge and Chairman District Legal Services Authority Anuj Kumar Sangal, a legal literacy and awareness camp was organized in Government Girls Inter College Banbasa on Friday under the chairmanship of Secretary District Legal Services Authority Bhavdeep Rawat.
On this occasion, on behalf of the Secretary, the District Legal Services Authority provided information regarding prevention and awareness against drug abuse and videos made to encourage them to not take drugs were shown to the children. On this occasion, detailed information was given on various schemes run by NALSA. Apart from this, senior citizens were informed about their rights in the camp. Pamphlets provided by the District Legal Services Authority and the State Legal Services Authority were distributed to all the people present in the camp. On this occasion, PLVV Arjun Singh, Deepa Devi and the entire school staff, students, panel, advocates, etc were present.
