On the deteriorating situation in Bangladesh, he said that the world is in the most violent phase after the Second World War. He said that when we look around, we find that the world is in a period of turmoil. The global geopolitical environment is in flux.
I believe we are living through a period of major global crisis. The global security environment has changed due to two major wars. However, the wars in Libya, Syria, Yemen and Armenia have now subsided.
