RS Pura, March 1 (His). BJP MP from Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha constituency Jugal Kishore Sharma on Friday laid the foundation stone of a new building equipped with modern facilities in the Upazila Veterinary Hospital located in Ward No. 1 of RSpura. About Rs 3.5 crore will be spent on constructing the hospital building.
DDC RS Pura Prof. along with the MP while laying the foundation stone of this building to be constructed under the NABARD scheme. Garu Ram Bhagat, Veterinary Department Chief Officer Dr. Zaheed Saleem, LDO RS Pura Dr. Idris Ahmed Malik, Accion PWD Sunil Kumar, former Municipality President Satpal Pappi, BJP District General Secretary Akash Chopra were mainly present. In his address after laying the foundation stone, MP Jugal Kishore Sharma said that for the last ten years, development has been possible in Jammu and Kashmir like other parts of the country. He said that after the removal of Article 370, there has been a wave of development in Jammu and Kashmir.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also paid maximum attention to the farmer class of Jammu and Kashmir. He said that keeping in view this need of the farmers, the Central Government approved the money for a modern building for the Veterinary Hospital and this will benefit the marginal livestock farmers. He said that the coming time will again be for BJP and this time BJP will win more than 400 seats and form the BJP government at the Centre. He said that the entire country is with the BJP and people will vote in large numbers for the BJP government in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
DDC RS Pura Prof. Garu Ram Bhagat said that due to the efforts of MP Jugal Kishore, farmers will be able to get better facilities in the Veterinary Hospital. He said that the BJP government has continuously worked for the farmers of Jammu and Kashmir. Veterinary Department Chief Officer, Jammu, Dr. Zahid Saleem said that the first building of the Veterinary Hospital was in a dilapidated condition and now this new building will be equipped with modern facilities. He told that infertility treatment of milch animals will be done in this building. Equipments like ultra sound machine, color doppler, semen test, biopsy etc. will also be installed in it.
He told that infertility in dairy animals is now common. Due to lack of modern facilities, the causes of infertility in animals are not known. Due to this they are deprived of proper treatment. On the other hand, considering such animals as useless, farmers started using even healthy animals as useless in order to save the continuous expenditure on them. In such a situation, with the arrival of modern facilities in this building, all the problems of the farmers will be solved. On this occasion, former Municipality Vice President Kishore Sharma, Advocate Devraj Sharma, BJP leader Vikram Sharma, Sahil Gupta, former councilor Rakesh Gupta, Naveen Gupta, Sanjeev Kumar were also mainly present.
