Kannauj, 08 August (HS). The Additional Sessions Court has given orders to stop the salary of CO City of Mahoba. In the copy of the order sent to SP Mahoba, it was said that the then CO of Tirwa Tehsil of Kannauj was called for hearing of 4 different cases, but neither did he appear nor was any reason given on his behalf.
Additional Sessions Court's Government Advocate Yatendra Pal Singh said that the then CO Deepak Dubey, who was posted in Tirwa, Kannauj, is currently CO City of Mahoba. During his tenure in Kannauj, some cases were registered in Tirwa Kotwali and Thathiya police station. He had to appear in court for the hearing of the cases. For this, he was given dates 16 times, but neither did he appear even once nor did he present any reason in the court.
Due to which he disregarded the court. In such a situation, Additional Sessions Judge and Special Judge of SC-ST Court Hari Prasad has ordered Mahoba SP to stop the salary of CO City of Mahoba. His salary has been stopped till further orders of the court. A copy of which has also been sent to the senior treasury officer of Mahoba district.
In the order, the Special Judge SC-ST Act asked SP Mahoba to ensure the presence of Circle Officer Deepak Dubey before the court on August 14, 2024. So that the case can be disposed of expeditiously under the action plan prescribed by the High Court.
