Bangladesh Crisis: After the former Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina left the country, five important characters have emerged on the political scene of Bangladesh namely economist Muhammad Yunus, Army Chief General Waqar Uz Zaman, Begum Khalida Zia, Nahid Islam and Shafiq ur Rahman. Among them, Muhammad Yunus can be called a liberal. All the other characters are anti-India. Due to this anti-India quartet, it can be assumed that the future policy of Bangladesh will be anti-India.
Muhammad Yunus will be the Prime Minister of the interim government of Bangladesh, but the reins of the government will be in the hands of Army Chief General Waqar Uz Zaman. The Bangladesh Army is now dancing to the tunes of Pakistan and China, so the coming times will be difficult for India. Let us take a brief introduction of the five characters who are important in the politics of Bangladesh at this time.
Muhammad Yunus
Muhammad Yunus, Nobel Prize winner for economics, will head the interim government, but Yunus is nothing more than a figurehead. Since Yunus is an internationally renowned economist living in London, Yunus has been made the head to give the appearance that a neutral government has been installed in Bangladesh. Yunus is not anti-India but he has nothing to offer.
Waqar uz Zaman General Zaman
The real players behind the next generation in Bangladesh politics are now. Zaman is believed to be the ruler of Bangladesh in the future under the guidance of the Pakistani Army and ISI. Manata Zaman, a loyalist of Hasina, stabbed Hasina in the back and incited discontent against her. In due course of time, Bangladesh will come under military rule in the future.
Begum Khaleda Zia
During the rule of Khaleda Zia, who was the Prime Minister of Bangladesh twice, Bangladesh became a den of Pakistani terrorists. It is said that Khaleda, who was released from jail after Husa's escape, is now on the throne after winning the next election. Khaleda is also being described as the real ruler in the new government.
Nahid Islam
Youth leader Nahid is considered a pawn of the ISI. Nahid, a sociology student, led the reservation movement. This violence was sparked by the inflammatory speeches of Nahid Sheikh Hasina, the national coordinator of the Students Against Discrimination movement, in which she called the government a terrorist. Nahid will also get a place in the new government as a youth representative.
shafiqur rahman
It is said that the fundamentalist party Jamaat-e-Islami of Bangladesh, the counterpart of Pakistan, has ordered Jamaat workers to commit violence by targeting Hindus. Rehman has earlier also expressed the idea of eliminating Hindus from Bangladesh. Rehman is in favor of breaking economic ties with India and increasing closeness with Pakistan-China.
