A special facilitation centre is being set up at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport for air travellers from Punjab and NRIs.

An agreement was signed between the Punjab Government and GMR New Delhi on June 12, 2024 for two years. As per this agreement, this facility center is being opened. The service center will operate 24*7.

The aim of this facility centre is to provide all possible help to NRIs and other passengers from Punjab at the international airport. Two Innova vehicles will be available at this centre. These vehicles will be available to help in local movement of passengers at Punjab Bhawan and other nearby places.

At the Facilitation Centre, passengers/relatives from Punjab can seek help for flights, connecting flights, taxi service, lost luggage facility and any other assistance at the airport. In case of emergency, some rooms will be made available at Punjab Bhawan Delhi for passengers and their relatives based on availability.

At the same time, a helpline number (011-61232182) has been issued for the passengers, which the passengers can use to get assistance at any time.
