Nawada, 07 August (HS). A Delhi couple has adopted the innocent Tanvi who is growing up in Vishisht Adoption Institute, Nawada. After completing the legal formalities on Wednesday, the couple who reached Nawada were handed over the innocent child to the couple Mr. Binu Ave Alexander and his wife Karan Joy Snyder Alexander by DM Ashutosh Kumar Verma and DDC Deepak Kumar Mishra.
The baby Tanvi Kumari was given for adoption for pre-adoption nutrition. The couple looked very happy after getting the baby. They said that from today our family is complete. We were waiting for adoption for the last one year.
The adoption was duly done by completing all the legal procedures as per the provisions contained in the Adoption Regulation 2022 and Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015 through the Carings Portal of Central Adoption Resource Authority, New Delhi, Government of India.
Assistant Director, District Child Protection Unit, Nawada, Arpana Jha, who was present during this time, said that currently 04 children are residing in the Special Adoption Institute, whose adoption process is being done.
Child Protection Officer, Mukesh Kumar, Manager Adarsh Nigam and other staff were present on this occasion. Adoption formalities were completed in the DM's office room.
