Ranchi, 7 August (HS). The Jharkhand High Court heard the petition of Sanjay Kumar, the informant in the 2010 murder case of para teacher Manoj Kumar of Simdega on Wednesday. During this, the court has directed the Simdega Civil Court to complete the trial of other accused related to this case soon.
Through the lawyer, the informant told the High Court that the trial against the main accused of this case, Naxalite Barud Gop, has not been completed in Simdega Civil Court for the last 14 years, while former minister Enos Ekka, accused in the same case, has also been sentenced. The case was heard in the court of Justice Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi of the High Court.
