State Organization Minister Dharam Pal has asked for a panel of names of old and dedicated party workers from each Mandal of all districts. The goal of the BJP is to accommodate at least one worker from every Mandal. In the first phase, the BJP will announce the names of the Women Commission, State Backward Class Commission and Scheduled Tribe Commission.

BJP workers are happy with this decision of the party. Now the workers have started feeling that now their voices will also be heard. Till now, common workers had no say anywhere. No one used to meet them in the BJP office. When they came to the party office, they were rebuked and told to go to the district president. But now it is not so. State Organization Minister Dharampal has clearly said that the workers will be heard and their problems will be solved. The State Organization Minister has also started implementing this. For two days, he has been continuously meeting workers from all over the state. On one hand, while this gives satisfaction to the workers that the State Organization Minister has heard their voice, on the other hand, they are also getting to know the ground reality of the entire state.
