Rain intensity reduced in the state, no taluk received more than one inch of rain in the last 24 hours

Gujarat Monsoon 2024: The intensity of rain has reduced in Gujarat. A total of 112 talukas of the state have received rain in the last 24 hours. However, no taluka received more than one inch of rain. Jetpur Pavi taluka of Chhota Udepur taluka recorded the highest rainfall of 24 mm. There is a possibility of rain with thunder in most areas of Banaskantha, Patan, Mehsana, Sabarkantha, Aravalli, Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad, Kheda, Anand, Vadodara, Panchmahal, Mahisagar, Dahod, Chhota Udaipur, Narmada, Bharuch, Surat, Tapi, Dang, Navsari and Valsad. While light to moderate rain may occur in Kutch, Morbi, Surendranagar, Botad, Bhavnagar, Amreli, Gir Somnath, Junagadh, Porbandar, Rajkot, Jamnagar and Devbhoomi Dwarka.
