Fatehpur, 06 August (HS). District Magistrate C. Indumati conducted a surprise inspection of the District School Inspector's office on Tuesday. During the inspection, she expressed strong displeasure when she found the office of the head assistant Vinod Srivastava locked. On enquiry, the DIOS told that the head assistant has the additional charge of examination in-charge. On which the District Magistrate, while giving instructions to remove him from the post of examination in-charge immediately, said that why have you given special powers to a clerk, if this attitude continues then action will be taken against you (DIOS). He gave instructions to submit the complete file of the head assistant.
The District Magistrate inquired about the work of all the desk assistants. When private stickers were found on all the doors of the office and dirt was found in the office, he directed the District School Inspector to immediately remove the stickers. When Accountant Praveen was found absent during the inspection, he immediately asked the District School Inspector to make a video call. During the video call, the Accountant informed that his original posting is in the District Panchayat and he has additional charge of Basic Education and DIOS office.
