Officials of the fair and police administration inspected the beautification work of Maha Kumbh

Prayagraj, 06 August (HS). With a view to increasing the grandeur of Maha Kumbh 2025 and to make the experience of visiting Akshayvat, Patalpuri, Saraswati Koop and Latthe Hue Hanuman Temple more convenient for the visiting devotees, the beautification work being done at all these places was jointly inspected by the officials of the fair administration and the police administration on Tuesday.

While inspecting Akshayvat, Patalpuri and Saraswati Koop Corridor under the supervision of Army officers and funded by Smart City, all the officers observed the landscaping and beautification work being done there. After that, the work being done to develop the place near Jodhabai gate in front of Akshay Vat as Jodha Vatika was also seen. At the said place, work is being done to develop landscaping and greenery by installing a grand statue of Krishna Ji.

In the same sequence, the beautification work of the upper and inner parts of the Patalpuri temple and the Saraswati well was also inspected. After the completion of all the works, there is a plan to open them for the devotees before Kumbh.

All the officers also saw the layout of the proposed works with a view to building the Hanuman temple corridor and went to the temple premises and understood in detail the proposed works to increase the circulating area and beautify it. They also discussed what kind of facilities are to be provided on the entry and exit routes for better management of the incoming crowd. ADG Zone Bhanu Bhaskar, Divisional Commissioner Vijay Vishwas Pant, Police Commissioner Tarun Gaba, Fair Officer Vijay Kiran Anand and other senior officers were present during the inspection.
