Greater Noida. Due to the increasing cases of assault and theft in a society in Greater Noida, the menace of stray animals and the lack of other basic facilities, the Bharatiya Kisan Union (Balraj) is now preparing to launch a protest against the district and police administration.
Bharatiya Kisan Union has submitted an 11-point memorandum to the DM and Commissioner regarding its demands. Regarding the problems of the residents of Paramount Golf Forest Society of Greater Noida, National President of Bharatiya Kisan Union (Balraj), Balraj Bhati said that Paramount Builder has given the responsibility of security to NDS Company in Paramount Golf Forest Society located in Greater Noida. Due to the negligence and poor security of the security guards deployed for the security of NDS, unpleasant incidents like theft, murder, attempt to murder keep happening in the houses of the society every day. Due to which the residents there are feeling insecure and are scared. The residents are deprived of the basic facilities provided to the society residents by the builder. A memorandum was given to the District Magistrate regarding this matter.
It said that the security of NDS company deployed for the security of the society should be immediately removed and the responsibility of security should be given to such a security company in which the security guards are ex-servicemen or ex-paramilitary personnel, the villas which have not been registered by the builder should be registered immediately, the maintenance and arbitrary amount being deducted from the electricity meter should be rectified immediately, the builder takes about one to one and a half crore rupees per month from the society residents in the name of maintenance but no maintenance is done.
They demand that maintenance should be done immediately in the society, arrangement of park and swings for children should be made in the society, the builder is encroaching on the open area inside the society, encroachment should be stopped immediately, sewer is not connected to the main line, which should be done immediately. They have alleged that the audit report of maintenance is not given to the residence. Audit report of maintenance should be given to the residence, there is a problem of waterlogging in the society during rainy season, it should be resolved, proper parking arrangement should be made in the society, people should be relieved from the terror of stray dogs and monkeys inside the society. Balraj Bhati has given one week's time to the administration to resolve the problems and has warned of agitation.
