Stock market on recovery mode, Sensex jumped 1000 points, Nifty also ahead

Stock Market Today: After a huge decline in the last two days, the stock market is witnessing a strong rally today (August 6). In early trade, Nifty and Sensex are witnessing a jump of more than one percent. Sensex was trading at 79,852.08 with a huge gain of 1,092.68 points, while Nifty was trading at 24,382.60 with a strength of 327 points.

Sensex and Nifty opened on the green mark

Amid fears of recession in the US, markets across the world fell sharply during the last session, however, Asian markets witnessed a sharp recovery today, which is also affecting the Indian stock market. In the Indian stock market today (August 6), the Sensex opened at 78,981.97, up 222.57 points or 0.28 per cent, while the Nifty also opened on the green signal at 24,189.85, up 134.25 points or 0.28 per cent.

Investors' capital increased by Rs 3 lakh crore

Yesterday due to the fall in the market the investor's capital had declined by Rs 15.38 lakh crore, but today the loss was partially compensated with a capital increase of Rs 3 lakh crore. At the time of writing the news, out of 3786 stocks traded on the BSE, 2495 stocks improved and 1132 stocks declined. Today upper circuit was applied in 207 stocks and lower circuit was applied in 191 stocks. 156 stocks reached their highest level of the year and 23 stocks reached their lowest level of the year. Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 21 stocks rose by up to 2.32 percent while nine stocks traded with a decline of up to 1 percent.

Slowdown increased in US stock market!

India VIX is trading down 8.26 percent at 18.68. Which shows that the market has stabilized to a great extent. However, globally, the US stock market has seen a decline. Yesterday was the worst day for the stock market in two years, when the Dow Jones fell 1033.99 points and the Nasdaq 576.08 points. On the other hand, stock markets including Nikkei and Kospi improved in Asian markets.
