How To Make Tasty Bread Kachori

  • Bread
  • white urad dal
  • Boiled potatoes
  • chilli powder
  • turmeric powder
  • coriander powder
  • Salt
  • Amchur powder or lemon juice
    – Cumin, fennel, coriander and black pepper
  • Onion and green pepper
  • Coriander
  • Ginger and Garlic
  • Oil
    -Water

How to make Bread Kachori

  • To make bread kachori, first soak white urad dal. After this, finely chop onion, green chilli, green coriander and garlic and boil 2 potatoes and keep them aside.
  • – After this, grind cumin, fennel, coriander and black pepper and make kachori. – Heat oil in a pan and add fennel, green coriander and black pepper and add ginger, garlic and chopped green chillies. – After this, mash urad dal and potatoes and add red chilli, turmeric and coriander powder in the pan, add some water and cover and cook in steam.
  • – Now add salt and dry mango powder to the mixture and mix everything well. – Now turn off the gas and add green coriander. – Now take two breads and apply water on them and roll them. – Now place one spoon of stuffing in the middle of one bread and stick the other bread on top. – When both are stuck, cut the bread in a circular design with a bowl. – Then apply water on the edges of both and stick them well.
  • – Now heat oil in a pan and fry the bread in it. Your delicious bread kachori is ready. You can serve it with sweet chutney or green chutney.
