How to update FASTag online-
Firstly visit IHMCL website fastag.ihmcl.com
Log in here using your registered mobile number
Meanwhile enter OTP and captcha code
After submitting a new window will open
click on my profile here
After this check Fastag KYC status
Go to KYC section and select customer type
After that fill the details along with all required documents
After completing this process your Fastag will be updated
Also, after the change in FASTag, users will now have to provide complete information about their vehicle. The vehicle's registration number, chassis number and owner's mobile number will have to be given, then you will be given three months' time. Such users will have to register on FASTag within 90 days.
FASTag users have to ensure that their database is not different from the information recorded in the National Vehicle Registry database of India. If there is a difference between the two, then users may face problems. In such a situation, it would be better for you to verify your database.
