According to reports, this explosion took place in the hilly areas of Mane Dang and Shichiling on NH-505 in Lahaul-Spiti. Due to which the flow of water in the canals flowing here increased and a sudden flood situation arose. Due to such extreme weather conditions, rivers and canals are in a flood situation. Houses, fields and shops are flooded everywhere. Stones are found scattered at many places in Saganam village of Spiti. The entire surrounding area is seen covered with debris.
