Eating this will make your stomach feel full. Use raw banana instead of potato during fasting. This will improve both health and appetite. Material
For the koftas
– Boil 3 pieces of raw banana and mash them
– Boil 2 potatoes and mash them
-1 tsp ginger paste
-1 tsp cumin powder
-3 teaspoons gram flour
-1/2 tsp garam masala
-salt to taste
-Oil for frying
For the gravy
-2 tsp ginger paste
-1/4 cup tomato puree
-1 teaspoon cumin
– 1 piece bay leaf
– 2 tsp cumin powder
-1 tsp coriander powder
-1 teaspoon turmeric
-2 teaspoons red chili powder
-1 tsp garam masala
– 1 teaspoon amaranth flour
-1 cup hot water
-2 tsp oil
-salt to taste
– Chopped green coriander

First of all, mix all the ingredients of the kofta except oil in a mixing bowl. – Then prepare its dough. – Make small balls of this dough. – Now deep fry this kofta in hot oil on medium flame. Fry the kofta till it becomes golden brown. – Now take out this kofta in a plate and keep it aside.
– Now heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and bay leaves in hot oil. Fry for a few seconds. – Then add ginger paste to it and fry for a minute. – Now add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt and mix well and fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add tomato puree and mix well and let it boil for 5 minutes.
– Now add amaranth flour in hot water and make a thick paste. Now add this mixture to the boiling gravy and mix well. – After some time, add the prepared banana koftas to it. Mix well and let it swell for 4 to 5 minutes. – Turn off the gas and garnish the koftas with coriander. Serve the vegetable hot.
