This matter is related to income tax filing

Party cannot withdraw money from bank

Maken said that the party delayed filing the returns. But 45 days time was given. This does not mean that the account itself should be frozen. The decision on electoral bonds came only yesterday.

A day before, the Supreme Court gave a big decision regarding electoral bonds. The Supreme Court declared the validity of electoral bonds unconstitutional. The Supreme Court also said that this is a violation of the Right to Information. Therefore electoral bonds cannot be considered valid. Not only this, the court has now banned the purchase of electoral bonds and has asked SBI to provide complete information about the bonds to the Election Commission.
