Ranchi, August 4 (HS). Keeping in mind the benefits of plantation and the ongoing monsoon, NTPC Swayamsiddha Ladies Club, Coal Mining Headquarters, Ranchi planted trees like neem, peepal and banyan trees, which are popular as Triveni trees. The campaign was guided by Rekha Jain, President, Swayamsiddha Ladies Club. Triveni plants were planted in Dungri village, Ranchi. Gram Panchayat Pradhan and members of Asha Home, Ranchi helped in this work.
On this occasion, Gram Pradhan thanked all the women club members. In another initiative, completion certificates were awarded to the trainees in the second batch of tailoring and sewing classes after successfully completing skill development training under NTPC CSR in collaboration with Swayamsiddha Ladies Club and Aasha Home.
On this occasion, President Rekha Jain took the initiative of distributing certificates and encouraged the trainees to become self-reliant.
