Ayodhya: At a time when there is a one-sided campaign within the party to oust Yogi Adityanath after the BJP's poor performance in the Lok Sabha elections in Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister Yogi is continuously active to stop crimes against women in the state. After suspending the entire police station in the incident of molestation of a woman in Gomtinagar, Lucknow, now Yogi Adityanath has bulldozed the house of Samajwadi Party leader Moeed Khan, the main accused in the rape of a minor in Ayodhya.
An incident of alleged rape of a 12-year-old minor has come to light in Ayodhya. Samajwadi Party leader Moid Khan is also said to be involved in this case. He has also been arrested. Moid Khan is accused of recording the incident after raping Sagira. Not only this, Moid Khan's friend Raju Khan also raped Sagira. According to the allegation, both of them kept raping the minor for about two and a half months. This incident came to light when Sagira became pregnant. The police have registered a case under POCSO. Now the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has bulldozed the bakery of the main accused Moid Khan. The state government inspected Moid Khan's bakery on Friday and sealed it and also cancelled his license. Moid Khan is also accused of illegal occupation of several government lands including lake and cemetery. At the same time, the victim's family alleges that SP leader Moid Khan had threatened Sagira's family not to settle. A case has been registered against Moeed Khan and SP leader and chairman of Nagar Panchayat Bhadarsa Mohammad Rashid, SP leader Jaisingh Rana and another for threatening the minor's family by going to the hospital at midnight. Meanwhile, Faizabad MP Awadhesh Prasad has demanded a DNA test in this case. He said that no innocent should be implicated. While the BJP is raising the issue of having a picture with Moeed Khan, Awadhesh Prasad said that no one can deny the picture. But every day 500 people come to me and take pictures. As far as this rape incident is concerned, it is very shameful. Whoever is guilty should get severe punishment. The police should also work without any pressure. Earlier, Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Prasad had also demanded a DNA test.
