Gorakhpur, 03 August (HS). The Joint Magistrate directed to send a joint team of Lekhpal and Police in the land dispute case after the end of Tehsil Diwas and settle the matter.
While giving strict instructions to the joint team, the Joint Magistrate said that there should be no formality on reaching the spot, the aggrieved party should get justice. If the matter could not be resolved on the spot, then we need an answer to the reasons for not resolving it within a week. So that we can form a team of senior officials and resolve the cases of the complainants.
It is noteworthy that a complete tehsil resolution day was organized on Saturday in the Sadar tehsil auditorium under the chairmanship of Joint Magistrate and SDM Sadar Mrinal Avinash Joshi. 120 complainants told their problems to the Joint Magistrate one by one. He resolved 12 cases on the spot.
Most of the cases on Tehsil Diwas were related to land disputes and other family land disputes will also be resolved. Joint Magistrate and SDM Sadar seriously listened to the problems of all the complainants who came to Sadar Tehsil and resolved them. Instructions were given to resolve the remaining cases through a joint team.
