Ranchi, 02 August (HS). SSP Chandan Kumar Sinha has formed an SIT in the case of murder of advocate Gopi Krishna in Sukhdev Nagar police station area of Ranchi. SIT has been formed under the leadership of Kotwali DSP Prakash Soy under the control of City SP Rajkumar Mehta to identify and arrest the criminals involved in the stabbing. DSP Dusru Ban Singh, DSP Prabhat Beck, Sukhdev Nagar police station in-charge Manoj Kumar, Kotwali police station in-charge Ranjit Kumar Sinha, Sanjeev Kumar, Kumar Gaurav, Umesh Chandra Mahato, Naveen Kumar and Shah Faisal have been included in it.
SSP said that immediate investigation of the incident has been started. In the course of investigation, FSL team was called to the spot and investigation was done by the FSL team. Statements of nearby people are being taken regarding the incident. Technical investigation is also going on simultaneously. From the investigation so far, it has been found that this incident was carried out by two criminals, whose identity is being tried to be identified by the SIT team.
On the other hand, the lawyers angry with this incident held a meeting with the SSP under the leadership of Civil Court Bar Association in the presence of the Chief Justice Commissioner of Ranchi Civil Court. The SSP has assured the lawyers that the Ranchi District Police has given top priority to solving this case and arresting the criminals. The SIT has been directed to solve the case within 72 hours.
