The results of IT companies in the first quarter were better than expected. Still, there will be recovery in IT after 2-3 quarters.
Jinesh Gopani further said that the reduction in import duty is good for organized companies. The government has taken several steps for capex infra. The government now expects support from the private sector. There should be a strategy to reduce purchases in sectors like railways and defense.
According to Jinesh Gopani, macro factors are turning positive for the FMCG sector. FMCG can be focused on a 10-year investment strategy, the healthcare theme is for 10 to 15 years. The healthcare sector is also a good long-term investment.
Jinesh Gopani believes that the energy sector can invest in some reforms. Companies in the hospitality, travel-tourism sector will grow. The consumption theme is good for a 5 to 10 year outlook. The focus is on stocks that give good returns in the market in the long term.
