Whether it is a disaster or a festival, the volunteers of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, who are seen at the forefront, were also seen at the forefront in serving the Kanwariyas on Friday on Shivratri. On Friday, the RSS volunteers were busy managing the arrangements at the Aughadnath temple in Meerut Cantt.
In any disaster in the country, RSS volunteers are the first to reach for relief and rescue work and help the victims without any discrimination. Be it Corona or earthquake or landslide, RSS volunteers took care of the arrangements at all places. On Friday, on Shivratri, lakhs of Kanwariyas were performing Jalabhishek in Shiva temples. In such a situation, many workers of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) were seen handling the arrangements at the ancient Aghornath temple of Meerut. According to Sanjeev Garg, the publicity chief of Meerut Metropolitan of RSS, from four in the morning, the volunteers along with the government and administration in full uniform continuously handled the entire arrangement. The volunteers of the Sangh helped all the Shiva devotees to get the Jalabhishek done smoothly. A total of 40 Sangh workers were deployed in the arrangements inside and outside the temple. They handled the traffic system on the roads outside the temple and the main intersection, crowd management at the main gate of the temple, and also inside the temple with service and devotion. Kanwariyas were also seen praising the discipline and work of RSS volunteers.
