Air forces of 30 countries including America, Britain, France will conduct military exercises
The first multinational air exercise Tarang Shakti of the Indian Air Force has been organized in the month of August-September. In this largest air exercise, air forces of 10 countries including the US, UK, Spain, Germany, France and 18 countries will participate as observers. A senior Air Force official said about this, 'About 30 countries including India will participate in this exercise and about 150 aircraft from other countries along with the Indian Air Force will participate in it. In which fighter aircraft like American F-16 and A-10 Warthog are participating. It is worth noting that for the first time US A-10 Warthog is participating in the military exercise of the Indian Air Force.

According to Vice Chief Air Marshal AP Singh, 'The first phase of Tarang Shakti to be held in Sulur, Tamil Nadu will run from August 6 to August 14. Air forces of France, Germany, Spain and UK will participate in the first phase. In which aircraft from 32 countries including fighter aircraft and transport aircraft will participate in the first phase.
The second phase will be held in Jodhpur from 29 August to 14 September
While the second phase of the exercise will be held in Jodhpur from 29 August to 14 September. The air forces of Australia, Bangladesh, Greece, Singapore, UAE and the US will participate with their air assets. 27 fighter aircraft, two refueling aircraft, two airborne warning aircraft (AWACS) and four C-130 aircraft will be deployed during this phase. Agniveers (aviators) of the Indian Air Force will participate in some ground roles in the Tarang Shakti exercise to be held in Sulur and Jodhpur. Along with this, more than 40 ships of the Indian Air Force will be involved in each phase. Navy's MiG-29K jets have also been included in the first phase.

The fighter aircraft of the Indian Air Force include Rafale, Sukhoi-30 MKI, Mirage 2000, Jaguar and MiG-29K. Giving information about the fighter aircraft of other countries, Vice Chief Air Marshal AP Singh said, 'F-18, F-16, Rafale and Eurofighter Typhoon will be included. The aim of the multinational air exercise Tarang Shakti is to showcase India's growing defense ecosystem to the world. We will show the strength of India's indigenous industry to other countries by demonstrating indigenous capabilities through DRDO, India's aviation industry and PSUs.
