The paint factory in Alipur, where 11 people died in a massive fire incident, is a densely populated area. At the time of the incident, work was going on inside the factory and the employees were busy. After the fire broke out on Thursday evening, it spread so fast that the employees did not even get a chance to escape. Due to this the people present in the factory got burnt.
Fire department team is investigating the accident
According to a Delhi Fire Service official, the fire incident occurred at 5.25 pm. As soon as information about the incident was received, 22 fire tenders were sent to the spot. Bad firefighters brought the fire under control at 9 p.m. He told that after the explosion in the paint factory, the factory caught fire. A team has been formed to investigate the matter. Investigation is ongoing.
According to eyewitness Sumit Bhardwaj, the incident happened around 5.30 pm. Hearing the explosion, everyone gathered here. We tried hard to extinguish the fire. About 7 to 8 fire brigade vehicles reached here and started extinguishing the fire.
