Ranchi, July 31 (HS). Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Wednesday held a high-level meeting with senior officials regarding the flagship schemes of the state government including Aapki Yojana- Aapki Sarkar- Aapke Dwar Program, Chief Minister Mainiya Samman Yojana, Guruji Credit Card Scheme, Savitribai Kishori Samridhi Yojana and Abua Awas Yojana. In the meeting, he also reviewed the appointment processes conducted through Jharkhand Public Service Commission and Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission. The Chief Minister said that many welfare schemes of the state government are running. Many times complaints of obstacles in the implementation of these schemes keep coming up. In such a situation, all the schemes should be implemented on the ground with complete planning and preparation, so that the people of the state can get its benefits with convenience.
The third phase of the Aapki Yojana – Aapki Sarkar – Aapke Dwar program will run across the state from 30 August to 15 September 2024. In this phase, the benefits of the most ambitious welfare schemes of the state government will be given to the people once again by reaching them at their homes. In such a situation, all the preparations regarding this program should be completed on time. He took complete information about the execution of the applications received in the second phase of Aapki Yojana – Aapki Sarkar – Aapke Dwar program and told the officials to ensure the execution of whatever application is still pending due to whatever reason as soon as possible.
All eligible persons should get the benefit of Chief Minister Mainiya Samman Yojana
The Chief Minister said that the state government is starting a very ambitious Jharkhand Mukhyamantri Mainiya Samman Yojana. Under this scheme, women between the ages of 21 and 50 will be given a thousand rupees per month as honorarium by the state government. He asked the officials to take steps to link all eligible sisters and daughters with this scheme. He also said that there should be a strong system so that all eligible women can apply for this scheme easily. In the meeting, the officials apprised the Chief Minister of the preparations going on for the implementation of this scheme.
Provide Guruji Credit Card Scheme to students by running a special campaign
The Chief Minister said that the government has put special emphasis on ensuring that the poor children of the state are not deprived of higher education due to lack of money. In this regard, Guruji Credit Card Scheme has been started by our government to provide financial assistance to the students. But, there is a lack of information among the students about this scheme. Due to which they are not able to take advantage of it. In such a situation, a special campaign should be launched to connect as many students as possible to Guruji Credit Card Scheme.
Information about the recruitment processes conducted by JPSC and JSSC
The Chief Minister said that the government is committed to providing employment to the youth. In this regard, large scale recruitment processes are going on. In this meeting, the Chief Minister directed to complete the recruitment processes conducted by Jharkhand Public Service Commission and Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission soon. He said that complete transparency should be maintained in the recruitment processes. The Chief Minister reviewed the updated status related to the conduct of Jharkhand Constable Competition Examination and Jharkhand Excise Constable Competition Examination and gave important instructions. Chief Secretary Elkhiangte, Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister Avinash Kumar, Principal Secretary Vandana Dadel, Secretary K Srinivasan, Secretary Praveen Toppo, Secretary Prashant Kumar, Secretary Kripananda Jha, Secretary Vipra Bhal, Secretary Manoj Kumar and Director of Information and Public Relations Department Rajiv Lochan Bakshi were present in the meeting.
The Chief Minister gave many more important instructions
-Take initiative to connect students of Jharkhand minority and government aided schools with bicycle distribution scheme, uniform scheme and Savitribai Phule Kishori Samridhi Yojana.
– Speed up the distribution of forest pattas at social and individual levels. Forest patta distribution programmes should be organised in all districts.
-Prepare a model design of the house under Abua Awas Yojna. All the houses should be constructed with this design. Khapra and tiles should be used in Abua Awas.
– Scrutinize all the government schemes in which applications have been received in excess of the prescribed target and prepare a waiting list so that the beneficiaries can avail the benefits of the scheme on priority basis later.
-All the schemes run by the state government should be widely publicized through various mediums so that people can get information about them. Local language should be used for this. No person should be deprived of a scheme because he did not have any information about that scheme.
