A sad news has come from Maharashtra. Avtar Saini, former country head of Intel India, was hit by a speeding cab while cycling in Navi Mumbai. After the accident, Saini was taken to the hospital for treatment where doctors declared him dead.
He was cycling with his son's friends around 5:50 am on Wednesday. He often went cycling with his friends as a hobby. Meanwhile, he was hit by a cab on Palm Beach Road in Nerul, due to which he died. He was a resident of Chembur.

Regarding this accident, an official said that this accident happened on Wednesday morning at around 5:50 am. The accident occurred when Saini was cycling with friends on Palm Beach Road in Nerul area. The officer said that the speeding cab hit Saini's bicycle from behind.
The cab driver ran away after the collision. The officer said that Saini was injured in this accident. He was taken to the hospital where doctors declared him dead.
Police investigated the matter
Saini is known for working on 'Intel 386' and '486 microprocessor' operating systems. He also played an important role in designing the company's 'Pentium Processor'. Police have registered an FIR against the cab driver under various sections of the Indian Penal Code. The accused has not been arrested yet. At present the police is investigating the matter.
