The current Test series between India and England has reached its final stage and there may be some changes in the Indian team for the fifth and final Test between the two teams to be played in Dharamsala. Bumrah was rested in the fourth Test in Ranchi on workload management grounds and is now eligible to play in the final Test. England's problems will increase with Bumrah's play. Whereas fast bowler Mohammad Siraj can be given rest. Bumrah played the first three Tests against England and troubled the English batsmen by taking wickets in all of them. Bumrah was rested after India won two of the first three Tests. Akash Deep was given a chance in place of Bumrah in the fourth test.
There are indications that if Bumhar makes a comeback, Siraj will be rested. Siraj has also played three out of four tests. He was not played in the Visakhapatnam Test. Siraj can be rested from the last test as IPL is also coming closer. Akash Deep took three wickets in the first innings of the fourth Test and did not get a chance to bowl in the second innings. Since the fifth Test is to be played from March 7, the Indian players have returned to their respective homes and everyone has been ordered to assemble in Chandigarh the next day. Both the teams will leave for Dharamshala on 3rd by chartered flight.
